Die Metallkugel - Ball of Metal

Auf der Wirtschaftsuniversität Bukarest, an der ich studiere, ist eine riesige Metallkugel, ähnlich einem großen Fußball, oberhalb des Eingangs. Es wird gesagt, daß diese Metallkugel herunterstürzen wird, wenn die erste Studentin ihr Studium als Jungfrau abschließt.
Meine Freunde haben mich auch schon einmal gefragt, ob ich den Ball unterstütze, damit er nicht herunterfällt.

Ball of Metal

At the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where I study, there is a big ball of metal, like a football is put there above the entrance. And they say, that when the first virgin there finishes the studies, it's gona fall down.
My friends once asked me, "Hey, did you do something to support the ball staying there?"
